Just received my collar, and I couldn't be more pleased. The craftsmanship is perfect. My sub is absolutely thrilled, and can't wait to have it locked around her neck. It's even nicer than I expected, if that's possible. Honestly, I'm impressed with everything about it. The packaging showed an inordinate amount of care had been put into it, and the spare keys and set-screws are a touch that I never would have missed, but their inclusion made the package very complete. Of course, the service I have received has been bar none, and as I promised before, I will keep you updated as things progress.
