We are so very pleased with our purchase! Made and shipped super fast, and was wrapped so gorgeously and with obvious care. We really love the fact you guys deliver amazing customer service, as well. We love the personalized experience, fast communication...just everything. The collar itself is extremely well-made. For her, it is very comfortable. We are happy to have finally found a collar she can wear all the time. She is so proud of it, and has gotten quite a few compliments already. I really just wanted to thank you for your quality work. It's always a pleasure ordering anything from your site, the little extra things that come with the collars, and cuffs really do make ordering all the better. It has been 6 years since my Sir purchased a collar from you, and it's still as beautiful as ever! It has come off once, simply to go to the MEPs processing station. A few months back a pair of cuff links was purchased, and they're wonderful too. Every where I go I get compliments, and smiles from the community, all over I get emails asking about where my collar came from, and what great quality it was crafted with. It has been a while since we received a turian stealth collar and matching oval cuffs. They are wonderful. The workmanship is of top quality. They can be worn comfortably all day. Thank You Vad!

I just got my sub's collar today. I am very happy with the workmanship. At first upon opening it I was a little worried about the size, thought I may have ordered one a bit to small. However I put it on my neck and it fits good, and is comfortable. And since my sub's neck is smaller then mine I know it will fit very well, as well as being comfortable for her too... The shipping was very fast as well. Thanks. very worth the money.

I have been looking for several months for that "just right" collar for my Babygirl. After site after site of overpriced, less than permanent, low quality products, I found you (through TSR). Rings of Steel have the WOW Factor, exceeding both Master & slave’s expectations. As a Master have no reservation in recommending “ROS” to produce a “class” permanent collar for a slave. Ordered a custom, ¼ “stealth during a “ROS” business break, received a great personal mail a short while later confirming my order (which was wrong, my fault!) and which also explained a slightly extended delivery due to the high order levels received during the break. A couple of mails later all order issues resolved, a few days later a mail saying dispatched. Early excitement receded as we tracked the international delivery to the UK which was fast but then got hung up in customs for a few days due to local import issues. Paid my dues then a few days later finally received the highly anticipated item, whilst I was away on business!!! Worth the wait? OMG, quality & class, sends the message to those in the know and subtle enough to pass over those who don’t. Not only does she look so hot wearing it she has actually never wished to take it off despite a professional occupation. What was surprising to me was a) How strongly she feels the weight and visual look as a constant reminder of our lifestyle and her position within it. b) How much more open she is with people that comment on the collar, proudly declaring its true significance to more than I ever believed she could or would. We have recently “lock tightened” the thread and sheered off the allen drive of the retaining screw, at her request she is permanently collared. Buy and enjoy.

After waiting 4 days to get into the post office (The package was there, I could see it through the window! It was closed for snow, though), I must say I'm extremely happy with my new collar. I'd been worried that it wouldn't fit right, among numerous other tiny things, but I can't say there's anything I wish were different about it.

I can't even tell you how happy I am with my new collar! Pictures can't do justice to the high quality of your work. I was nervous that it would be very heavy but the weight is perfect. It warms beautifully to body temperature. It was even wrapped beautifully in the box. Thank you so much!
