My name is Miranda. I've been collared to my Master for a while, but have not had success in finding a collar that won't cause a rash against my skin within hours--until now! Master ordered a collar from you less than a week ago, and I'm now wearing it around my neck. It's beautiful and fits like a dream; in fact, I consider it far more comfortable than any leather collar I've ever worn. I'm especially fond of the way by which it locks. It looks seamless and the whole piece is as beautiful--and secure--in real life as it looked and was described on screen.

Sir, I thank you and Ibi so much for providing a truly stellar product. I'd also like to thank you for your wonderful customer service. Master is a military man and can't always respond to e-mail when he receives it, but the prompt e-mail he received from you upon placing his order was appreciated by the both of us. I'm also sincerely grateful for the beautiful wrapping: This collar, in every way, feels more like the statement of commitment it is meant to be rather than a cheap toy, and I was overcome with glee when Master permitted me to open the wrapping as one would a Christmas present. When he locked the collar around my neck, I was instantly in love.

Thank you both again for providing such a thoughtful and talented service to our community. I'll be recommending Ring of Steel products whenever I get the chance.

E-mail: Contact 		The Collar and Cuffs arrived today. Excellent quality and workmanship throughout; and just as amazing as the craftsmanship was the fact it came halfway around the world 8 days after the USPS acknowledged that he label had been created. I couldn't be more impressed ll around.
Would love to say more but there's an anxious slave needing to be reminded of her place. :-)

E-mail: Contact 		Well it's official. My beautiful collar has been locked around my neck. At first I was really thrown by the weight of it, but it's steadily becoming more comfortable. I imagine it will be barely noticable to me by week's end. Thank you so much for creating something so precious for us.

The customer service could not have been better; within hours we received a letter saying they got our order and telling us when it would made. The very next day we got another saying it had mailed ahead of schedule and we received it three days from the initial purchase date. This was terrific as we were both very excited about it. One thing that touched our hearts was the care and decorative packaging showing us you understood the deep meaning collars have for those of us who give and receive collars and knowing that it was made with respect in mind means more then a simple exchange of money for a item. Thank you and keep and doing what you are doing!!
phedre~ I absolutely love the collar Master got for me!! I was given the covert teardrop collar and it is beautiful! I can wear it in public without a single person having any idea what it really is. The collar is just heavy enough to remind me its there and light enough to be comfortable to wear 24/7. The ring is nice I can hang pendents from it when I go to work and then at home they come off. Also the shipping and customer service was first rate we ordered on Wes and had it on our front door on Saturday ... simply amazing!!!

E-mail: Contact 		I want say that Ring of Steel is one of if not the most professional buisnesses I have ever delt with, My beautiful slave measured her neck wrongly,causing me to return the ring for the correct size, and she was punished accordingly. As to the service... "amazing", I sent the ring back on 6/30/11, and recieved the replacement on 7/5/11, over a holiday weekend, no less. I will use, and recommend Ring of Steel to any, and everyone I know,my beautiful slave is pleased beyond measure. Thank you.
